Merry Christmas, Happy New Year . . . Now back to life!

What a crazy month December was! We are still recovering from the great deal of traveling we did . . . but we are so glad for the adventures we had. I am excited for life to get back to a more normal routine even if that means school. I have already begun the crazy adventure of my LAST SEMESTER of Nursing school. Already I wish it was summer and that it was all behind me. Seriously though I am looking forward to the many challenges that this semester will bring.

So back to december. Finals week just about killed both of us but somehow we made it through. We had two fabulous Christmas parties that weekend with our families and then left Sunday for the cruise. Wow. Did we need that time together! I don't think I realized how Preston deprived I was till I got to spend a whole week with him. As a mentioned previously we embarked on this adventure with our friends the Stevenson. We had a super fun week with them and are so glad that they are our friends. This is their blog . . . She just posted a bunch of pictures and a very detailed summary of the trip! http://natayandchadlyrad.blogspot.com/

The very next week we headed to Florida with my family for Christmas. We had some warm and some cold days which was surprising! It was so wonderful to just relax for an entire week. . . again. We went to Busch Gardens and rode some of the best roller coasters EVER. No lie. We also enjoyed the beach multiple days. I love being away for christmas. No drama, no stress; just sunshine, family and relaxation!
