BFFs

Mostly this post is for testing out my new birthday phone... But I included some cute pictures so that there would be no complaining. I don't know how to change the sizes of the pictures yet... Actually I don't know how to do much of anything yet.

Tye, our kitty, has spent the summer months at my parents house because he gets super cranky if he can't play outside. We decided with the weather cooling down he can return to live with us. This is good news for Emmett, bad news for Tye. Emmett loves Tye and so far has spent the majority of their time together wrestling with him. We keep thinking Tye will wise up and run away... But it hasn't happened yet!

Somebody turned ONE!

Yup my little Emmett is ONE... Wow, this year has flown by! We had a little birthday party to celebrate the oneness. Emmett didn't care and was slightly ornery. Preston had group homework had that to be done that night. And I was a stressed hostess with 2 boys who didn't care. Ah, life. I am actually really glad we had a little get-together. It made me happy! And someday Emmett will want to see pictures... right?

These are my favorite boys. Hands down. I love them.

Proud mom moment! Emmett blew out his own candle!!! We practiced and then he actually did it by himself. :)

This is the part where Emmett stopped caring... Notice Preston and I both have our hands in the cake and Emmett doesn't. Yeah, he just sat there. Well, first he stepped on cake and then he proceeded to take the frosting off his foot and put it back on the cake. Little punk.

Don't grandmas always give the best toys!
