We really do love Texas though and we are looking forward to what the summer will bring. Preston hits the doors everyday but Sunday for about 8 hours. He has been doing SO WELL! I am super proud of him. He was so worried that he wouldn't be able to keep up his pace from last year but so far he is doing better! We have had to change our schedule to accommodate the working schedule. Preston usually gets home around 10, we eat dinner and usually get to bed way later than we would like. But since we have nothing happening in the morning it all works out. I have had a pretty slow week and it would have been quite boring but I have been hanging out with Preston's boss's wife and their two little girls. Love them. She has been so nice to let me follow them around to all their errands. I have also had time to read, write this blog, watch movies, lay out . . . all the things I couldn't do during school. Yet the only thing I want to be doing is study. It is so weird to have all this free time with nothing pressing to do. I had to leave all my books home . . . the care was quite full. I am going to be working at Aeropostale in an outlet mall starting in about a week. It will help to rid the boredom.
I am happy to be here with my Preston. He is so good to me and keeps me as happy as possible. I am looking forward to our date night tonight . . . We are hitting Rudy's! Everyone in the world needs to eat at Rudy's once in their life. It is our favorite!
I know how living in a extended hotel is. Matt and I had to stay in one for 5 weeks. While he trained at caferio. Its tough but you will have some great memories!!!!
ReplyDeleteuh....who am I supposed to visit teach with if you're all the way in Texas? Oh well. It's not like we ever did it anyway :) I'll miss seeing you around this summer, but I work every weekend anyway and never get to go to church. Have a good time! I'm glad you joined the blog club.
